Murder Mystery is a 2019 Netflix comedy starring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Anniston. Now, the film is not as bad as the critics say. While it is no masterpiece, it is enjoyable to watch. Both Adam and Jennifer are fun to watch and have good chemistry on screen. While some comedy lands, most of it falls short. The other characters are kind of just there to be there and provide nothing to the film, they are just there to move the story forward. The whole big reveal is the dumbest shit I have ever heard though! I don’t want to spoil anything, but fuck is it stupid and cringy! The film can be boring at times and slow with its pacing as well. I don’t really have much to say about this film, it’s kinda like any other Adam Sandler movie. In the end, Murder Mystery has some funny moments with good chemistry between Adam and Jennifer, but lacks any character development and falls short of a good story.
